1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The item received does not match the description on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) and clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or installed.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Orders placed in error (wrong model selected by customer).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order ID, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
  4. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup through our delivery partner or guide you on how to send it back.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Replacement Option

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability). Replacements will be shipped once the original product is received and verified.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us quickly if you wish to cancel.
